Turn onto University Parkway from Campbell Rd, go around the loop onto Loop Road SW, and make a right onto Drive H. That should take you to UTD PS4 (parking structure 4). Refer to THIS MAP for a step-by-step guide.

Parking Pass (IMPORTANT!): DOWNLOAD PARKING PASS

Instructions: Park in PS4 (Parking Structure 4) in any of the gold, orange, or green spaces. Fold the parking pass on the "FOLD HERE" line. Place the pass on your dashboard, near the steering wheel. Make sure all information above the line is visible from the outside of your car.



Meeting Guidelines: For those of you interested in giving poster and proposal presentations -- please make sure to include the title and authors of your presentations when you register for the meeting using the Eventbrite link. Also, here are some meeting guidelines to help you structure your poster and project proposal presentations!  


Additional Information:

Download Slide Template for Posters. Posters should be 3 feet (38 inches) tall by 4 feet (48 inches) wide. You are responsible for printing and transporting your poster. We will provide pins and display boards.

Download Slide Template for Project Proposals. Proposals should include the following sections: your project explanation slides, a timetable/schedule, first-year deliverables, overall deliverables, milestones, budget, and time limits. Strong presentations can also include a slide that explain how your project stands out, and why it deserves to be funded/supported!

When you are finished with your presentation, you can upload it using this link.

Also, for all project proposals, please fill out the executive summary form and upload it using this link by Monday, March 27, 2017. (Deadline has been extended!)
